If you’ve seen at least one of our recipes or blog posts so far, you probably already know there’s nothing we love more than Cheese ( in culinary terms, of course). And because we’re such huge cheese fans (see Cheese Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes and Mac & Cheese), it goes without saying that our favorite dessert just had to be something cheesy.
Now, we’ll probably spam you with 101 versions of reinterpreting cheesecake, but for our first recipe of the series we decided on these crowd pleasers. Best part about our mini cheesecake cupcakes? You can impress your friends even if you can’t really cook. It’s all a case of mix this, mix that, bake and decorate. Anyone can do it right?
And to drive our point home, we asked our youngest team member for help, look at him working those mini cheesecakes like it’s nothing.

- 500 gr (18 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
It’s this simple, and not only that, it’s absolutely delicious. We tested this recipe on our extended team and we’ve got nothing but praise. Problem is, there were not many cheesecake cupcakes left to give around. We couldn’t help it, they’re THAT delicious.
Imagine, sweet, creamy cheese perfection with berries and other fruits, whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Mouth watering yet?
We’d recommend doubling the quantities if you love cheese at least half as much as us. Make these for some weekend spoiling, a family gathering or even a party, they’re promised to be a hit. And best part, they taste even better the next day, cold, straight from the fridge. Add some whipped cream to them and you’re good to go.
Be warned though, these mini cheesecake cupcakes are so good, they ruin friendships!
