There’s some science behind this but we’re not going to bore you with that. We’ll just show you all the amazing things you can cook for this meal and will let you decide if it’s worth the time.

If you’re usually low on time in the mornings, you can always try preparing ahead breakfast burritos or you can pack an energy punch with a breakfast smoothie of your choice. We are here to give you all the best quick recipes.

Cooking is really about giving yourself the freedom to mess up. So don’t mind if your healthy breakfast ideas end up looking not quite like the image you’ve had in your mind. What’s important is that this meal is nutrient packed, and that it all gets in your belly and gives you the best start for a whole day, everyday.

Breakfast recipes for the weekend

Now, if during weekends you think you have every excuse to skip this first meal of the day, during weekends you have no reasons not to spoil yourself with those apparently fancy but actually really easy to make recipes.  You can have your coffee with some nice coffee cake, but only after you’ve had your fancy omelette with french toast or those mouth watering pancakes you’ve been dreaming of all week.

So wake up just 30 minutes earlier and make some spoiling breakfast for yourself, your partner, your kids or your cat and dog. Who cares, everyone deserves some spoiling now and then, right?
