We’ ve never tried such a combination before but we do not regret it one bit. The avocado chocolate pudding is  a chocolaty, rich, creamy, peanut-buttery, fudgy desert.

A not too sweet healthy bowl of pudding. Highly customizable and incredibly right….no we are not talking about some high tech gadget or car we are still talking about the peanut-buttery pudding.

We also know that whenever people talk about chocolate sweets they rarely mention the word “healthy”…well we can say it loud and clear. YES this pudding is healthy. This recipe allows you to substitute whatever natural sweetener you prefer from maple syrup and agave to honey or simply sugar.

We have to admit tho..at first the taste was rather a shock but after the first spoon the more we ate the more we wanted

Very fast and easy to make…if you guys are anything like us then you will most definitely love this chocolate pudding. Only 6 ingredients and you are ready to go

Ingredients Avocado Chocolate Pudding

  • 1 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave or honey)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk (slightly more if using dates)

Instructions

1st step. Pay attention this si very very complicated

Joking….nothing can be more simple than adding all the ingredients in a blender and pressing the on button. So all you need to do is to add all ingredients into a food processor and mix them up until they get a creamy and smooth consistency.

2nd step. Taste and modify

Taste the mix and decide if it needs more dairy-free milk, cocoa powder or sweetener of choice.

3rd step. Make it look pretty

Pour the creamy, soft, fluffy, rich (ok ok we get it we’ll stop) pudding in 4 small glasses or bowls. Cover them all with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming and chill for a few hours. Before serving top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate, cinnamon or fruit…just let your imagination go wild.

Believe us there won’t be any leftovers so enjoy while it lasts.
